kristina came over today to help pass the time as we were stuck inside on account of the torrential rains. i don't know who is more appreciative of her coming and playing -- the boys or me! in any case, we all loooooooove her and can't wait for her to come back!
she played with Christian while Kyren had his new OT/early intervention time in the livingroom w/me. it was sooo nice to be able to focus on K without having to attend to a very energetic little boy who has taken to showing off in front of new friends.
afterwards, nina and koo had a little photo opp at the diningroom table. he found her rather amusing, and i believe, the feeling's mutual.
such a gift to have this friend in my life-- just to pop on over for the day and hang out. she doesn't mind our messes and empty fridge. she doesn't mind changing poopy diapers, and she always goes with the crazy flow of whatever we're up to. a rare treasure indeed :)
